Best Rate Shipping - Certain Restrictions Apply

We deliver by ground within the 48 contiguous states. Large items, “but not limited to,” like in ground and above ground pools are delivered by “common carrier”.  Due to changes in shipping rates, it is possible a shipping quote will be requested before an order is released.  Should the shipping cost be higher than cost given Hallmark Pool Supplies will contact you regarding the difference.  Both parties have the right to cancel order due to shipping cost.   All shipments are scheduled for residential curbside delivery for customer to unload. However we will not pay for, be responsible for or reimburse for any additional delivery fees requesting by the customer or receiver such as “but no limited to” the request for a truck with a lift gate. However it is possible to remove any banding and unload one piece at a time.

Special Orders

Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Some special orders take longer. Special orders are not returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

Curbside Delivery

Delivery is curbside. You may need to arrange to bring the product into your home or yard. It is important you inspect all cartons and note any damage or possible concealed damage on the freight bill prior to signing it. If the shipment is signed for an no notes are made on the freight bill indicating possible or real damages, then the consumer becomes the legal owner of the merchandise and the seller, can no longer file a damage claim with the freight carrier, and therefore any damages would be yours to claim with the freight carrier. Should damages be noted on the freight bill, be certain the delivery driver signs the same receipt you do and you retain a copy for the record. Any order picked up by the purchaser and/or agents of the purchaser; such shall receive product as being in new condition and any transit damage, or any transit cost is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Cancellations

All cancellations prior to shipping will incur a 6% cancellation charge. Order already shipped to the customer, then cancellation charge will also include the freight to return the goods back ot the shipping point of origination.
